We started as a small manufacturer of "100% pounded spices" in Delhi, India. Why pounding? But before answering this question we would like to answer how we reach there, as I, Mahender Pal Singh, as a regular meditation practitioner since 1999 was facing the issues of mental chattering during meditation even after applying various techniques and methods, during that search I attended a nurturing session of " Food and Spirituality" there I got the inspiration of improving my food habits, but I can not grow everything. From all available options, I explored spices and attended various training of spices. In markets, due to higher competition and low margins you would rarely get a grounded spice because of high labor and machinery cost. As I have a attitude of choosing quality over quantity. I started my journey for grounded spice rather than grinding. So, there are two methods of making powder of spices, 1. grinding, 2. pounding. As in grinding temperature rises due to friction which result in loss of aroma and flavor but in pounding spices are crushed and temperature does not rise, it keeps the aroma and flavor intact with spices. We are aiming to help quality food makers who prepare dishes as medicine. It soon became obvious that it would make sense to help our clients see beyond taste.

Rather than providing one service or another, we want and make our clients' lives full of nourishing and healthy eating. Our goal is to match our clients need with near perfect blends of spices that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.
